An operator’s fee of $50.00 PER PERSON to compensate sound and lighting technicians shall be assessed for any event scheduled after school hours (after 3:05 pm).

Our Custodial Staff will clean before the event, but you must clean after the event, or make arrangements with our Head Custodian to have the area cleaned.

 

Cleaning fee will be assessed if arrangements are not made.

No event will be put on school calendar until Mr. Humphries has signed off.  It is the responsibility of the Event Sponsor to follow up if you do not receive a completed copy.
